This was taken at Madison Square Park, literally my last meal in the states before coming home. Pillowy potato buns, Angus beef patties and good old American cheese. The hype is real but it's also a super super solid burger that almost deserves it's cult following.

Bread has same texture as cinnamon rolls. The darker butter is part butter, part venison pate
Smoked sturgeon with caviar cream cheese and pickled cucumber. Reminds me of Pico kosher deli in LA.
