Ideal for special occasions or just when you want to sort out your dim sum cravings, head over to Majestic Bay to get your dim sum buffet fix! Available Mondays to Fridays at $26++ per person and weekends (as well as PH) at $33++ per person with 3 seatings daily, @majesticbayrestaurantsg All You Can Eat Dim Sum Buffet was truly bang for your buck.

Though there are hits and misses, the spread was overall pretty satisfying, especially at the price point. The unanimous favourites being from the one-time-order default dishes such as the Crispy Pumpkin with Salted Eggs which was executed perfectly in both texture and taste. The batter was not too thick and the sweetness of the vegetable pairing well with the savoury elements - salted egg and floss. The Coffee Sauce Pork Belly Ribs coming in a close second with the dish’s aromatic sweet glaze. The Cantonese Roast Duck was tender and of a sizable portion. And for seafood lovers, the Herbal Poached Sea Prawns was rather lip-smacking with an earthy sweet-tasting broth.

However, get your money’s worth by stuffing yourself silly with their classic dim sum offerings. Ranging from crowd-pleasing Prawn Dumplings to Steamed Xiao Long Bao, Steamed Vegetable Dumplings, Pan-seared Radish Cake, Crispy Beancurd Skin Rolls, to tantalizing Poached Spicy Wantons and their weekend-only Crispy Sesame Balls. Or load up on carbs with options like Wok-fried Beef Hor Fun and Yang Zhou Fried Rice. Note that food wastage is chargeable, so order only what you can stomach!

Reviews about this place largely seemed hit or miss. Well tonight it was a hit. Burpple Beyond has a special menu, but it's a good list of choices. Jiangsu pork ribs was well flavoured, roast duck was tender/succulent. Just 3 ladies serving the patrons and they were attentive. Ambience was great, plus some views of the river. Will recommend with Burpple Beyond.

They’re having a promotion of 1 for 1 dim sum buffet. The bill came out to less than $50. Which is a great deal. Lovey environment and decent dim sum. There are some dishes like the duck, prawn etc which can be only ordered once, while majority of the dim sum can be ordered for unlimited times. The servicing of dish is very fast and the servers are friendly

This lobster noodles was not bad, noodles had the wok hey and the lobster portion was pretty generous .

Tried other dishes such as XLB and their pork belly w yam (this lacked taste imo)

I think it’s a hit and miss at this place.

Recommend to purchase voucher from FAVE to enjoy the noodles at a lower price

Found that the restaurant was rather stingy? We paid over $100’for the meal and had to dabao a few items but they charged us for the containers used, also asked for additional tissues and they said that the second piece onwards was chargeable.. it’s not even wet tissues 🤔🤔🤔

Among the dishes, we enjoyed the tender Malaysian free range chicken served with aromatic turmeric-infused rice in claypot style. Note that only four portions are available daily. #happybelly #familytime #burpple
(S$32++)

with our favourite chinese food and with a view of our beautiful bay.

Had the baby abalone meesua ($30), pre-ordered claypot chicken rice ($32), and garoupa with garlic and vermicelli ($38, not in pic)

The baby abalone is chewy though the meesua is as usual. Enjoyed eating the claypot chicken rice with its mild ginger taste, tender chicken, and consistently crispy rice bits (!!). Do note that there's only 4 portions of the claypot rice, which has to be reserved in advanced. I am lucky that its still available even though I only called in 3 hours in advance.

The garoupa also captured my favourite taste of garlic in soy sauce.

For $136 including some dimsum and tea, it makes for a good meal amongst 4 people!
