Famous for their pancake. Thick and fluffy but the sweetness on this plate overwhelmed everything. Butterscotch, marshmallow and mascarpone! What a killer combo. An upside of this dish was that they provided a bottle of Noble Tuthilltown Bourbon Barrel Matured Maple Syrup. I didn’t know how famous was this maple syrup until I ask my friend, Google. An entire stick of vanilla stick inside the wax sealed bottle. .

Rather than going back for pancake, I would order an egg dish and pour some of that syrup on it. .
