Definitely not the best wantons I've tried (considering I've tried so many the past few weeks), well the best ones I've tried so far are from Lung Kee Wanton at Tsim Sha Tsui - & compared to that these above are quite average. Though the noodles here I swear are indeed phenomena! So al-dente & flavourful with their secret recipe sauce. Would be nice to just combine the best of both worlds from the two places & you'll probably produce another Michelin star 😂
P.S. Tried this at The Peak's branch so may not be reflective of its probable inconsistencies at other branches, but man, was the service impeccable towards a solo diner. Anyway, will be heading to other outlet soon so stay tuned.
