Fascinating spread for me. Never seen a spread for steamboat from seafood to meat to cooked food to vegetables to niangdoufu to sauce table, drinks and desserts ! My friends say prawns are good and oh there are five soup base for you to chooose and you can either have individual pot or group pot. Wow . their mala hotpot is not bad but at the end of it the soup really gets too salty. Should go try #burpplesg #burpple #manlehotpot #nextwhenguys

Manle is one of my go-to steamboat buffet place (apart from Guofu). I love the spread at Manle which not only include a wide array of seafood but also some yummy cooked food like braised pork, steamed fish and even laksa on certain days. They have a more centralised branch at City Square Mall so no excuse not to check them out!

A very very good experience here at Manle, which not only had a huge array of ingredients (seafood even includes oysters, variety of clams, flower crab and prawns) but of which came with above average quality. Even the cooked food section (I believe it might be related to their Teochew porridge buffet selection) exceeded expectations, with pork trotters and fish included. You get your own individual mini steamboat here, and the best best thing is probably their pork marrow soup, which is just perfect (not msg-laden, good amount of umami that won’t get you jelat). Definitely coming back here.

Teochew Porridge Lunch Buffet stocked with plentiful of the freshest ingredients, offering more than 30 traditional and modern Teochew dishes, freshly prepared. .

Last but not the least, buffet dinner after a Long day of playing at the Wild Wild Wet! 🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️

$26.80++ for adults for dinner. Pasir Ris is sorely lacking a steamboat venue (apart from Fat Fish) and this new venture partnered by Astons is just right. With 4 soup bases to choose from, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. In fact this restaurant boasts to be a hot pot in a market setting, where food prep is open concept in the middle of the restaurant for all to see. The requisite steamboat ingredients are all available, and some exotics like bamboo clam and pig intestine. Cooked snacks such as samosas and curry chicken were also available. This buffet includes free flow soft drinks and dessert (soft serve, red bean soup, fruits). I utterly enjoyed my meal here and foresee returning soon.

Decent variety and quality of meat/seafood, cooked food (loved the cooked vegetables lol) and we made our own coke/sprite float yaaaaay. Choose from 4 different soup bases (mala, superior creamy bone marrow, traditional double boiled old hen, wild grown hearty mushroom). Opted for the latter two in our yuanyang pot, both were light and hearty, didn't feel too msg-laden. So our hotpot buffet set us back by only $15.40/pax, pretty worth it! If you haven't made any dinner plans, it's a pretty good option here but expect long queues at the other participating restaurants like eighteen chefs/ Andes by Astons etc. (McDonald's are having one for one chicken McNuggets too!)
