It is cooked to a delightful crunch with a hint of spiciness, it is also not very oily too.

The golf ball sized wontons are wrapped in a thin and silky wonton skin, floating in a pool of intense and aroma sauce of roasted chilli oil, garlic and vinegar. On top of that, the meat stuffing in the wontons have that melted in the mouth texture, which comes across quite different from those I have eaten. For the sauce, I thought it was too garlicky, which didn't quite strike the right balance for me.

Secret menu lamb rack: 🐑
This was freshly cooked and tender inside. Each bite was full of full meaty flavour and a good proportion of rich lamb fat. The pistachio crust really added dimension and crunch to the meat! It even came with cranberry sauce -- I really felt like I was eating in a restaurant 😱 The potatoes were unexpectedly soft and delicious too. In fact, my eyes literally widened in surprise when I bit into a potato because it just melted in my mouth! .

Beef farfalle: 🐄
This recurring dish is a popular item as it's come back due to popular demand! With good reason too -- the amount of beef chunks they provided was sooo much! It's even topped with a pretty little soft boiled egg you can mix into your pasta. .

Lamb burger: 🐑🍔
I absolutely LOVED this and I'm not joking. The lamb patty was literally an inch thick and bursting with gamey lamb flavour. It was smothered in a giant serving of caramelised onions and surrounded by creamy coleslaw and the same incredibly soft potatoes. I cannot believe what a steal this is at

Salmon croissant: 🐟🥐
The salmon is quite moist and you can taste the small chunks of meat. The tomato salad is also pretty tasty because it is garnished with onions and cilantro, just like salsa. I also liked the hits of tanginess from a sprinkling of lime juice here and there. Even the croissant was still pretty flaky despite sitting in the box for a while.
Salmon katsu: 🐟🥒
The salmon was waiting for me for quite a while but it was still moist inside. The achar was full of flavour, and the mayo was a nice touch!
