Five national-level coffee championships saw Singapore’s home-grown baristas, brewers, latte artists, and students contending in the Singapore National Barista Championship, Singapore Latte Art Championship, Singapore Brewers Cup Championship, Singapore Cup Tasters Championship, and Singapore Coffee in Good Spirits Championship. Winners of the respective national titles received the honour of representing the country on the international stage at the world championships which will be held later this year.
Besides sampling food and drinks and watching exciting competitions, visitors had the opportunity to enjoy exclusive baking workshops and classes, and live demonstrations of the latest technologies, trends, and techniques. Internationally renowned Italian cake designer and sugar artist Molly Eleonora Coppini was also at the event to headline the bakery workshops.
