$19++ for a bowl of “everything”. Goes best with their chunky garlic flakes!

Zenbu Nose Ramen ($19) has everything you wanted - soft boiled egg, char siu, pork belly, seaweed & spring onions. Love the super soft char siu!
Marutama Ramen ($13) is like a smaller version of Zenbu Nose with a slice of char siu and you can add $1.50 for the tamago
Aka Ramen ($16) with 7-groundnut mix and chicken balls. A rather refreshing taste & I super love the fresh spring onions
Yaki Gyoza ($3) is a forever good appetizer

“Marutama” was my favourite ramen for a long time when they first opened in Singapore at The Central. I visited the newest outlet located on the ground level of Kallang Leisure Park recently, and was pleased to find the quality and taste of their ramen just like how I remember.
The broth was still deliciously concentrated with chicken goodness and had the same thick, almost creamy consistency. They use the Hakata-style type of skinny egg noodles which I guess, is better at soaking up the soup.
My go-to at Marutama has always been the Karashi Ramen ($13), a spicy version of the classic which comes with a thin slice of chashu, negi (spring onion) and aosa (seaweed). They look alike, until you sip the soup of the Karashi. Then you’ll find the stealthy chilli announce its presence with a slow but pretty deadly burn. Adding on a tamago (egg) for $1.50 more is highly recommended.
