We tried the Fried Boneless Bangus ($16.80), which is deep-fried marinated milkfish. The milkfish is fresh and tender, and the skin is crispy and fragrant. The vinegar and garlic dip cuts through the greasiness and adds a refreshing tang to the dish.

We had Pinakbet Tagalog ($12.80), which is bitter gourd, long bean, eggplant, squash and kangkong sautéed with pork, shrimp and bagoong (fermented fish). The vegetable stew is flavourful, savoury and packed with umami - it goes really well with rice!

I was introduced to the famous Filipino staple dessert and I absolutely enjoyed every bite! It was so refreshing. There was ube paste, yam ice cream, flan, and more.

Chocolate rice porridge. Sounds strange, but I really loved this! Tasted like chocolate rice pudding. Must try!
