Hum Jin Pang, my favourite snack at Maxwell

Location: China Street Hum Jin Pang, Maxwell Food Centre, 1 Kadayanallur St, #01-28, Singapore 069184

Wanted to try a Char Siew Roast Meat Stall but it was closed. Hence decided to try China Fritters instead.

Ordered Sausage, Ngoh Hiang, Liver Roll, 2 x Egg Slices & 2 bee hoon for $9. The Liver Roll is something different but I find the rest pretty average and I can find a better one.

I don't think is worth the $1 million selling price that they are looking out for.

a one person portion of innards soup, salted veg, rice came up to a relatively affordable and hearty (no pun intended) meal at $6.50. Old school and no frills. Can see why this is popular among the older population, though I personally prefer a more complex herbal twist in my black bak kut teh.

Prata here is pretty good, slightly crispy on the outside. Freshly made upon order.

Youtiao was a little tough when I got it. The taste was good, just the texture🤥

$7 for half a pomfret, rice, and soup
