Got the meadesmoore cut here. It was definitely one of the best choice of items to get. This cut includes part of the loin, chuck and ribeye. The steak was beautifully cooked to medium rare. The tinge drizzle of salt was a perfect addition to it. It made the steak dish perfect.

Would definitely recommend people who are loooking for steak. One of the good steakhouses in singapore definitely.

Our time at Meadesmoore was truly exceptional! From the attentive and warm-hearted staff to the delightful starters featuring beef and crab tartare, along with the scrumptious sides of black tomatoes and truffle fries, every aspect of our dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The main course of tri-tip Wagyu and short rib Wagyu, cooked to perfection at a medium rare, was undoubtedly a highlight.

However, the most memorable moment of the evening was undeniably the seasonal Eton mess dessert. Bursting with tropical flavors like coconut and passion fruit, skillfully combined with meringue and biscuits, it truly was a culinary adventure.

We wholeheartedly recommend Meadesmoore to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience. We eagerly anticipate our next visit!

Had a short rib Wagyu beef of medium rare doneness.
Cut was juicy, and doneness was perfect.

Ended off our meal with etonmess which was something new for me. Such a delightful way to end the dinner!
Would recommend anyone who would love to try steak and their interesting dessert.

11/10! Meadesmoore has good ambience, super good steak, and service. Me and my partner both love the food here and will definitely be back especially during special occasions, like valentine's day, birthday and anniversary to treat ourselves to delicious food. Everything from appetizer to mains to dessert is so good. We ordered chili crusted bone marrow for our appetizer, and it took us by surprise, we did not expect the appetizer to taste this good right off the bat. The meat is so soft, paired with the delicious, crusted chili sauce and sour dough! For mains, me and my partner got the tri-tip and picanha steak in medium well, even though we did get it in medium well, the steak was cooked to perfection, not dry or tough at all! Super juicy and tender! It is one of the best steaks I have eaten, even better than the famous bread street kitchen! We ended the meal with tiramisu as our dessert. You can clearly taste the alcohol taste in the brandied cream which I really like. I personally think this is super worth the price, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Our dinner started off with a unique serving of beef and crab tartare paired with sourdough bread. The highlight was the Meadesmoore Cut, and every bite was filled with a distinct range of textures and richness. The naturally tender and huge cut brought our steak experience to a new level. The in-house Mac and Cheese as a sides was oozing with savory flavours from an assortment of four cheeses. Dessert was also served with a large portion of passionfruit and mango, while the base of it was filled with crunchy crumbs. Looking forward to my next visit to this cozy steakhouse soon.
