Enjoying the Signature Pork Ribs ($22) ๐Ÿ– & Original Lamb Ribs ($28) ๐Ÿ‘ from @meatnchill! They were both succulent & flavourful, but I preferred the former as I found the lamb ribs to be overly fatty & a tad gamey. ๐Ÿ˜… The savoury-sweet hickory BBQ sauce was nice though.

The mains come with 2 sides each. Laid our hands on the corn bread ๐ŸŒฝ, green salad ๐Ÿฅ—, coleslaw & straight-cut fries ๐ŸŸ. The corn bread reminded me of Kenny Rogers but this has a drizzle of their mashed potato gravy - I personally would have preferred it without. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Also tried their Garlic & White Wine Baked Mussels ($12) ๐Ÿฆช which were really plump! ๐Ÿคฉ Together with the light dashi stock ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป, it complemented the rich-flavoured ribs!

While the exterior caramelised bark was a lil tough, the interor was very tender! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Also, the savoury-SWEET hickory BBQ sauce won me over! ๐Ÿ’ฏ Served with 2 sides, this extremely meaty rack was very well-marinated! Together with a side of refreshing coleslaw ๐Ÿฅ— & juicy buttered corn ๐Ÿงˆ๐ŸŒฝ, this sure made a satisfying meal! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Went down a few weeks ago and I got their hickory pork ribs. It was super good! Lots of ribs and very tasty. My sides were mash potatoes and truffle fries which were also very good. Also ordered a vanilla bean milkshake which was nice, sweet and milky.

I ordered the 250g grass fed ribeye out of their flame grilled steak selection, and it was cooked perfectly medium just as I had ordered. The steak was juicy and delectable. The sides that i selected were cornbread and green salad, which tasted great and went well with the steak as well. The meal left me quite full.
The atmosphere was cosy. My friend and i got a corner seat when we popped by for dinner, giving us ample privacy and space. The server was able to introduce menu items well when we asked for recommendations too.
Overall an enjoyable experience, will be back to try more of their food.

Overall the price is a bit high, but the meat I ordered is worth it ($19 new york strip). The meat was succulent and the wine went well with it. The corn side dish was fresh and tasty but the coleslaw was a bit unfresh and lukewarm, but the taste was still ok. Recommend the meat!!
