The best thing about this bar snack is the accompanying chili dipping sauce, a sharp fiery concoction that numbs and burns at the same time. Super shiok, the kick lingers for awhile.

The har cheong gai / prawn paste chicken pops have a good crunch to texture, with tender chicken meat that holds light savoury salty flavour, perhaps too light on taste. Borders between moist and dry.

This bar bite consists of nuggets of dory fish, enveloped with tom yum paste, then coated in a crisp crumb batter and deep-fried.

The batter crunches lightly to reveal the moist, flaky fish within, then you get the bold savoury salty herbal sweet spice hit of the tom yum paste, with a sharp lingering burn.

Served with a sticky sweet spicy Thai chili dipping sauce on the side.

This features a half-slab of baby back pork ribs, with tender pork meat that comes easily off the bone, but seems to have been previously frozen as it's light on natural taste.

Fortunately, flavour comes from the heavy use of the thick barbecue sauce, which has sweet savoury tangy sour notes, making this passably decent.

Served with medium cut, Cajun style potato fries sprinkled with paprika that has good starchy spice flavour, a fresh crisp crunchy mesclun salad (chard, mizuna, curly endive / frisée) with good vegetal bitter sweet herbal flavour.

I like the thick, creamy, yet still refreshingly drinkable texture of the coconut milkshake, with its bright floral earthy sweet milky flavours.

The dessicated coconut garnish lends a slight chew, and a toasty smoky flavour.

~$15. I like how they included onion rings in the burger haha & nacho cheese!! Fries were spicy fries which were nice, & can upgrade for $1 I think. Does not come w a side salad though. But overall a good burger & esp worth w Beyond.

(half eaten) grilled Rosemary chicken n grilled salmon w lemon cream sauce. Average taste but a little salty as well. Meat n fish were well done cooked though.
