If there's somewhere you need to be on Tuesday nights, it's Meatsmith where their amazing ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ($16) is basically given away for free at just $10. That's right, Meatsmith is open for robbery every Tuesday night โ€” a good stopgap for your klepto tendencies.
Was unimpressed 2 years ago, but I returned and left kicking myself for not returning sooner. Their burger engineering was sound โ€” two beautifully-smithed patties were grilled marvelously, then smothered between pillowy brioche buns to create an inexplicably scrumptious little package.
The grill bestowed a smokey fragrance and gentle crust onto the succulent patties, which combined with the rich flavours of the sauce and cheddar for a delectable base profile. Then, the playful pickles entered the fray with their tart-sweetness to elegantly cushion the heavy-hitting flavours. I consider it criminal deviant behaviour to not treat yourself to a thousand of these for $10 each โ€” ๐’‹๐’–๐’”๐’• ๐’“๐’๐’ƒ ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’Ž ๐’ƒ๐’๐’Š๐’๐’….

Really really really good burger. Do yourself a favour and drop by on Tuesdays to score these babies for just $10 bucks.

at a special Tuesday promotional price of $10, this double-pattied(!!!) cheeseburger is amazinggg. the patty was flavourful and well seasoned with hints of smoky charcoal fragrance. leaning towards a medium-rare doneness, the meat was slightly pink in the middle and remained tender throughout, melding perfectly with the cheese.

oh and the bunssss ๐Ÿ˜ slightly crackly tops, insanely soft and fluffy insides. buttered as well!

so glad I finally made the trip down. will be back every Tuesday from now on ๐Ÿคช also if youโ€™re planning to go as well, do make a reservation beforehand! it was really crowded when I went and I was so thankful I made a reservation because there was a queue ๐Ÿ™Š


The third item of my order, the Beef Short Rib.
Again, theyโ€™ve done such a good job with this! The meat was Super tender, it falls off the bone! Itโ€™s covered with a thick layer of pepper, nice for some fiery melt in your mouth beef initially. However, midway through, I had to scrap off some of it as it over-powered the flavour of the beef. Iโ€™d say, keep to their beef dishes as they do do fantastically well with them!


Iโ€™m donโ€™t usually have beef brisket, or rather itโ€™s not my first choice for beef due to the texture. However, MeatSmith has done a fabulous job with it! Itโ€™s so tender it tears (cuts) as you cut it, and melts in your mouth. Plus, the taste is just right - flavourful and peppery (yet not overtly over-powered by either). ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Interesting texture for pork belly, plus peppered with chilli powder on the top. Wanted to try this just to taste how is it vs all other typical roasted pork belly (Chinese and Spanish style); but I wouldnโ€™t order this side dish again in my next visit, as this was not the star of the three dishes that I ordered.
