One of the best pulled-pork burgs I've had! Love how it's more smoked than marinated (y'know how some restaurants enhance the flavour of pulled pork through marinades, rather than authentic smoking). Can't go wrong meats from a smokehouse! Special mention to the potato-y brioche bun that reminds me that of Shack shack's - a lil' thicccker and wholesome. Tip: Costs only $10 if you preorder online through MeatSmith express!

It was a blessing in disguise when my go-to-option of cheese burger was oos! Decided to be a lil' adventurous and was glad we decided on the beef brisket burger! Perfectly smoked and tenderlicious - slides off in chunks! Of course, that meant a fair amount of gooey fats that added flavour to the meat. The pickles and sauces by the side were great accompaniments that complemented the simple-looking burger, leaving the star of the show to brisk in its glory! Tip: Costs only $10 if you preorder online through MeatSmith express!

Pulled pork burger @ $10

Got this on oddle eats where they got burger for $10 for self collection from sun-thu.

I guess it's a special promotion thing so for $10, the burger is really tiny and it's even smaller than my palm! But then again, the portion is just nice for a small eater like me, it's just that it feels a little bit expensive for such a tiny burger.

In any case, it still tastes very good! It's shredded pulled pork, topped with pickled cucumbers and BBQ mustard sauce, which is an excellent combination. The bun is supposedly housemade too, and it's nice and soft, a perfect texture to complement the fillings.

Will come back to have something in a full serving one day.

This is some pretty sick shit. Best burger I have had in Singapore!

Here is the main meat platter (from bottom left, top left, bottom right): Beef brisket, Wagyu striploin, pork ribs, and the chef’s special was the chicken (top right).

I liked all of the meats! It was super tender and taste wise was fabulous!
