Had a good helping of pork ribs at Meatsmith for lunch. It's a busy restaurant with limited seating available at lunchtime. Was a part of a large group who had booked in advance.
The ribs were very well done. Just the right texture with a balanced taste of BBQ sauce.

I look forward to having it again very soon.

Actually, I'm going to try the Chicken sandwich next... that looked tempting!!! Lookout for the review!

Brought my mom out to try their lemon meringue tarts and am so glad she enjoyed it so much. A perfect balance between sweet and sourness, this tart has won my heart

Ordered beef brisket and pork ribs along with a beer lager each using 1-for-1 and it’s so worth it! Typically I don’t eat the fatty parts of the meat just because I prefer leaner meat, but the layer of fat on the beef tasted so good. The brisket’s also the most tender beef I’ve ever tasted. Huge portion of pork ribs. Will definitely be back again using burpple to try their desserts!

One of my favorite desserts and it was done pretty well. You could tell it was prepared just before serving as the torched meringue was still warm and thankfully not overly sweet. Together with the citrusy flavor of the lemon tart it became a creamy luscious mouthful. The pastry could’ve been more buttery though.

Not sure if it’s one time off, but I felt that the chicken chop standards have dropped and it wasn’t as juicy and succulent as it used to be. The coleslaw and fries though, is still as good as I remembered it to be. Do hope this is just one time off 😭 ⁣⁣

Food was OK. Beef brisket was a little too hard. Ribs was OK.

Unfortunately experience was ruined by the price of the water. Waiters did not inform us that one bottle of water costs 7 dollars.. (that's 2 glasses of water btw ) we saw them refilling tap water into jugs and assumed it was the free. Then we requested to top up more water and ended up paying 14 dollars for water... Ridiculous. Service was slow too.
