MediumRare by Saveur (Century Square)

We tried both medium and medium rare flat iron steaks. It was well seasoned and delicious. The mushroom sauce complemented the steaks well! It’s only $59 for 4 steaks with Burpple Beyond 1-for-1! It’s a steal!

The steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely will come back to try their pasta!
The have all day 1 for 1 drinks as well!

The 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶 ($18) wasn’t too tough and chewy, pairing well with the earthy mushrooms. But the real star was the butter broth. Aromatic and creamy, it elevated the flavours of every component, making this a sensational dish.

Overall a really enjoyable meal and I’d return for sure!

I’ve been wanting to try MediumRare, a casual steakhouse, for the longest time. For non-beef eaters, there’s also chicken, fish, pork and pasta on the menu.

The 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻 ($24) was what I came for, as there’s a 1-for-1 deal on Burpple Beyond. It came with two sides: the salad was default and you can choose the other. I eschewed the generic black pepper and mushroom sauces, opting instead for the 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 (+ $1).

Nicely marbled and terrifically tender, the steak was impeccable. The red wine sauce also accentuated its flavours beautifully. As for the sides, the luxurious Cream Spinach and crispy Onion Rings were great complements.

Ordered their lychee elderflower spritzer as I rmb that I liked it a lot from the last visit. To my disappointment, it's totally diff from the last time I ordered in terms of both appearance and taste. There is no taste of elderflower at all,unlike the last time.

When I heard the waitress saying "lychee elderflower" to the next table as she delivered it to the table, I saw that the appearance is totally different. There is a stick of 2 lychees on top of the drink. So I asked the customer at the next table if that is lychee elderflower, and they said yes.

So I told the waitress about it. She asked if I was talking about the glass. I replied "I mean, just look, mine don't even have any lychee". She asked me to hold on. After a while, another guy came to send me 2 lychees. Nobody came back to address the issue... THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE LACK OF 2 LYCHEES!!!

Both pasta were good! 6 big fresh prawns, aglio olio was slightly spicy. Truffle fries don’t rly have the truffle taste
