No body, barely passable
Everything was pretty decent, noteworthy were the gongbao ckn and the ckn which both carried a nice bit of heat
Veggies were ok, tau kee was oily, pig trotters avg and pig ears suck, there's this sour taste. Egg was fine
Pig trotters really was quite good, texture was fine and everything was reasonably tender, with the marination penetrating deeply
The rest were fine, except the French beans had a raw smell even tho it's cooked alr
Veggies weren't pickled in a strong enough brine
Salmon was crispy and the beef was passable
Overall it's alright
Pig ears were decent act
The duck was reasonably tender but unfortunately not v generous. Rice was similar not spectacular and abit too sweet
