Had the lime and mango snow ice for $5.50 each. Although it is cheap, the flavour wise is mostly watery and only hint of the flavour. I believe more element could be added to the dessert
Wouldn’t say this is the best, but it’s a pretty trusty spot for a quick dessert stop in the area. Usually crowded, but service is quick.
Great place for traditional dessert, especially the peanut paste. Really like the strong taste and smell of peanut 🥜
I love anything with mango but this was 👎🏻. It’s watery and diluted with very little ingredients ☹️.
Mei Heong Yuen Dessert is a place which serves a variety of traditional desserts, such as sesame paste, traditional puddings, Cheng ting etc. One of their popular items are bowls of snow ice. I tried the milk tea snow ice because #bubbleteaaddict and I love it!! The milk tea taste is really on point. Very flavourful. This is good for sharing and the price is so affordable too.
Affordable and generous portion of shaved ice. I love how the texture of the shaved ice is so smooth instead of having lots of small chunks. It contains a lot of flavour, yet they don't overdo the condensed milk and sweetness such that it tastes jelat. Toppings wise, not that much, but it's enough. Their choice of toppings is also very smart, including a few chunks of fruits and also bubbles (that you can bite to burst) / jellies which made the entire dessert very refreshing.
