I had this at their outlet in Glenmarie. To be honest, I am not sure whether I had too high expectation towards it. The char siew given is quite juicy but a lot of fats which I really dislike haha. Other than that, it still taste good la but not up to my expectations lo.
With outlets in Glenmarie and Happy Garden, Meng Kee is the place for juicy and melt-in-your-mouth char siew. Enjoy the Char Siew Wantan Noodles (from RM6) or the Chicken Hor Fun (RM6), and pile on an extra order of the sweet Char Siew (RM17) because a few pieces are never enough. They're open from 7.30am, so bookmark this spot for an early and hearty brekkie.

This wantan noodle is really good. For the charsiu, you can choose either wan far or "very fit" charsiu or half half. As for the wantan, the skin is so thin till you can see the minced meat in it. RM5.50 for small, RM6.50 for big.
a trip to KL is not forgiven if you never drop by Meng Kee. fatty, heavily caramelized and oily with a gloss - this is the best char siew I eaten till date. forget about the chicken they serve here, just whack the char siew!
