The dish was splendid. Taste just as good as it looks.

Portion was quite small but understandable for its low price at CBD.

The spiciness was the kind that youā€™d choke on if youā€™re not careful. Thats what happened. Donā€™t think its flavourful enough and the spiciness was derived from chilli powder instead of infused well in the soup. Thumbs down.

A clear and creamy broth that's just right, and not too salty, accompanied by a lightly fried red snapper made my Friday lunch šŸ‘ good for the palate. Although I found the soup slightly greasy at first, it's really light to the touch. Though the ramen seems pretty average.

Heard this is another venture by Teppei! While this is $15 usually, there are $8.80 budget options with charsiew too. Got this under meal pal and it's v worth it.

My third mealpal meal and it didnā€™t disappoint. They packed the broth separately to prevent the noodles from becoming soggy. The noodles was al dente and really good, while the broth was light and tasted a bit like Maggie mee soup. They also give one seaweed, one Japanese egg(!!) and one chashu. Definitely value for money and worth a try šŸ˜‹

Tried Ramen with ebi broth with 3 pieces of char siew ($12.8), the broth is clear and not very oily. Even the normal broth with pork and the spicy one is less oily compare with other ramen chains. 3 pieces of char siew is definitely enough for ladies - the char siew is quite huge and not too fattening. If youā€™re looking for something like ā€˜healthierā€™ ramen and not too rich this may be a good choice.

Was thrilled watching the ramen chef cook with so much gusto.
Two interesting ramen in the menu include Creamy Sardine Ramen ($12) ā€“ a combination of dried baby sardine stock and tonkotsu soup; and Red Snapper Ramen ($15) ā€“ made from Kagawa red snapperā€™s extracted stock.

But sorry, the ramen totally didnā€™t work for me at all (other than the fish). Quite disappointing, unfortunately.
