(Rating:4.5/5🌟) Nagoya Mazesoba🍜 (rm23) Love this dish not only because of the flavourful sauce but also the noodles texture quite smooth. The portion looked small but it’s actually quite filling. Their Ajitsuke Tamago (rm2.50) was much better than many other ramen shops’. Overall, a good dish! 😋

✨: The slight kick of spice from the pork mince and the richness the egg yolk introduced to the chewy noodles made for a perfect symphony of flavours and textures when combined. Like my first ever mazesoba at Hibikii (1 post back), I very much enjoyed the combination of the tangy vinegar and the creamy noodles. In comparison to Hibikii’s version, Hanabi definitely has more well-rounded and balanced flavours (Hibikii’s was quite heavy on salt). ⁣

💬: I only wish I lived closer to Menya Hanabi :( And that I got add-ons of cha shiu and a ramen egg 😢 ⁣

As much as I enjoyed my meal, I initially doubted if I’d have any will to go back. Now that it’s been a good 2 weeks since my visit, I’ve got to say I have a craving for mazesoba 😭

Juicy and finely textured fillings with thin wrappers, dip some vinegar to accentuate its flavours
