Serving portion is quite generous for an adult. Interesting texture of soba, resembled more like udon but still springy. I liked how they serve the miso broth in a separate bowl so you can add in to adjust the amount of saltiness and thickness in your noodle broth. Top it off, u may order a free serving of rice to add to your leftover noodle broth if ur still not full. My mum ordered the tomato chicken ramen, taste quite child friendly and appetising. Chicken was tender and savoury and I like the roll cuts. Will be back again if chanced upon again. Price was about $15++/pax.

Appreciated how they packed everything in separate containers (not environmentally friendly though) and even had an instructions sticker that tells you what each component was and how to eat the mazesoba. Flavour wise was good, the broth was unseasoned but it had a depth of tonkatsu flavour and the minced meat in the noodles was savoury enough. The chashu was good too, thick slabs of pork belly with a good layer of fat making it quite tender.

Very filling bowl of ramen for $11.80, portion worth the price. But taste only so-so.

Opted for the lower calorie option that swapped out some noodles for vegs (bean sprouts!). They added crunch but somehow dont coat the sauces as well as chives. Prefers the original composition.

Optioned for a healthier choice with the swap of usual ramen with low calorie glass noodles. Definitely a difference (not positively) in texture and fullnees. Not recommended.

Absolutely delicious and pretty affordable at $9.80++ for the signature bowl. The spicy one is really good too. Much prefer this to Kajiken as it feels less oily.
