Include beef steak, lamb barnsley chop, chorizo, whole spring chicken and choice of 2 sauces

Thin ee mee served with vegetables, mushrooms, and half a lobster. This was delicious! There were only a few lobster chunks but they were fresh and well-sized. The dish was large and full of other ingredients as well, and too big for one person to finish.

This is 400g of tiger prawns, wok fried with ginger. You get to choose other methods of cooking as well, such as steamed, or cooked with chilli or Szechuan style. The prawns were thick, succulent and fresh. Best of all, they were already peeled. Definitely worth the price.

This burger set (burger+fries) was only $10! The portions are super generous too! The burger is comparable to the normal beef burger you can get alacarte at Mezza9, which would cost you around $30 normally. The patty is super juicy and the entire burger is really flavourful and well seasoned.

You can get bestselling dishes from Mezza9 and the other restaurants at Hyatt (like Straits Kitchen) for only $10! Just place an order on their website and make payment online. Would recommend ☺️☺️

Even during this circuit breaker period, you can still treat yourself to some awesome desserts. This rich and decadent chocolate tart has a nice gooey caramel layer hidden within and the firm buttery crust sealed the deal.

Totally paying for the jar here as the cookies amount to about 10 pieces. Cookies have a buttery fragrance and rich chocolaty composition.

Impress your date with a culinary experience like no other — think well-executed dishes and impeccable service, with six show kitchens to boot! Look out for the Chirashi Bowl or Sushi Kiwami platter for a fresh assortment of sushi and sashimi, as well as the juicy Wagyu Beef Stir Fry for a dose of wok hei. Buffet Prices: From $118 (inclusive of juice, soft drinks, coffee and tea). Psst. Top up $40 for free-flow Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Champagne, certified sustainable red and white wines, cocktails, plus beer.

My favorite thing to get at Mezza9! The slices of fish are always generous, and they’re always accommodating when it comes to changing out some items of fish. For instance, I’m not a fan of raw prawn so they kindly swapped it out for me!

I couldn’t get enough of this simple beef stir fry .

Full of work hei but the beef still boasting of tenderness and juicy- ness. How is this even possible ?

The best part is that the dish was not drenched in excessive sauce or grease like how most other places would do it .

There was just a right balance of sauce to dish ratio and seasoned to perfection - not too salty 😊

I haven’t had a beef dish this good in years - not even at the up class canton restaurants I have tried in singapore so far .

Exceptional execution .

The meat itself had a good flavour coming through with it being grassfed. Had a nice amount of char without being overly smokey.
We had a choice of two sides and we went with mashed potatoes and garden vegetables (not in picture) to keep things simple. Truffle hollandaise was alright, but the black peppercorn & cognac sauce was so well-balanced. Usually, I pass on pepper sauce because I find it too sharp but Mezza9's black peppercorn & cognac worked well in enhancing the natural sweetness of the steak and definitely made my night.

I believe this t-bone steak was on promo the night we dined: for $98++ on its own but there was a choice of having a bottle of wine for $158++. Service came off as a little shorthanded since we had to prompt several staff members to have our water and wines refilled - but the complimentary birthday dessert paired with the lively singing made up for it. Also note that tap water was chargeable for $2.

Made up of seasonal oysters, whole maine lobster, smoked salmon, black mussels, clams, king prawn cocktail, sturgeon caviar (30g), and condiments (creme fraiche and chives for the caviar, and a mignonette for the oysters).

Most of the platter was fresh, and I felt like the price was typical of such an amount especially within city area. Could have done without the mussels or the clams but this was definitely just nice for 4 people to share as a start to the meal. We chose to add on some crackers but personally felt like the seasoning on the thin brioche slices was overpowering the taste of the caviar.

Tuna, yellowtail, uni, ikura and I’m not sure what other sashimi there was 😂 I asked for the scallop and sweet prawn to be swapped out but don’t know why my bowl didn’t come with any salmon 😢 I’m not sure what the leaf at the front was (not the shiso leaf) but it was really bitter like medicine. The tuna and sushi rice was delicious 🐟

One of the better grilled squids ...

Moist, chewy but not hard and well seasoned .
A pretty good side dish from the thai kitchen .

I like the quality of food at mezza9 but the menu variety and composition still needs a lot of work .
The menu is too same- old and boring and the food choices lack creativity for the high prices you pay .

💪🏻🍃🍀 You would never imagine its made from plants because it’s tastes just like a real meat patty. Also, it’s more popular than their regular beef burger 😆

Ordered medium rare for the lamb chops and I was so glad that the lamb smell & taste wasn’t too strong. In fact, it was cooked really well and the meat was not tough at all!

It was just slightly oily (probably because of the sauce) but the asparagus helps to cut the jelat-ness...

Overall, I like the variety of cuisines offered and the 3/4 course set meal is worth it. It’s a good place to have business meetings as well.

One of the new dishes on the menu at Mezza9, the focus here is on sustainable ingredients. There is no single focus on the menu here, where you can get pretty much everything from sashimi to noodles to burgers.

While you would have paid loads for sourdough bread and dips in cafes these days , you get yours for a really affordable 3 dollars at mezza9.

Sounds too good to be true ? Wait till you sink your teeth in this excellent sourdough, crusty on the outside and moist and flavourful on the inside .

The artichoke dip is so delicious - better than any pesto that I have ever had. It was creamy with a depth of a combination of a herby, garlicky flavour .

I would just dine at mezza9 just for this .
