Total damage for this 5 course meal was only 24USD. It won't mind paying USD50 for this 5 courses in Singapore but I am still looking for such restaurant.

Another beautiful dish. First time I had water lily Stern. Light crisp with a hint of cucumber flavor. Perfectly execution of fried the catfish and using the water Lilly to draw out its sweetness.

This dish was insanely delicious and comforting. Little baby eggplants popped in the mouth like candies. The mixture of seafood and meat sauce made me finished two plates of rice. Definitely a dish to die for.

Small portion but max flavor. Just a little touch, the meat would fall off the bone. Tasted like HK style braised beef but the hint of fish sauce and raw been spouts changed the entire dish.

Three scallops for starter. Chopped up and tossed with sliced bamboo shot and lime juice. I love that they added in some seaweed which changed up the texture.
