Finally got my hands on these famous BBT from Taiwan, and its an indulgence that feels healthier than most bubbletea. Highly effective in keeping me up too.

The matcha milk tastes v fresh with the qq pearls. Also, the taro milk exceeded our expextations. Its not too sweet, and nostalgic in the old school dessert taste.

~$5.60 for the matcha milk, and $6.60 for taro milk with golden pearls!

Ps. 30% sugar is just nice

The ordering is by self order machine. I order the red bean ice blended and roasted wheat latte with honey pearl topping. Review was that red bean ice blended was inspired by ice kachang hence the drink is born. Taste nothing ice kachang but potong red bean icecream. Very nostalgic taste and nice however for this price I wouldn't buy again as I can just buy potong redbean icecream which is cheaper and taste the same. The roasted wheat latte taste earthy and something different. Not too bad in taste and the honey pearl is quite chewy. Heard the cooked pearls are soaked with honey so that they can absorb the flavour. Because the pearls have no artificial ingredients, they have are clear in colour rather than brown. Understand they are famous for taro milk. Maybe will try their famous taro milk next time.

I tried once when I was in Taipei and finally got the chance to taste it again here. It was milky and strong taste of chocolate. $4.80

This was actually super nice and quite reminiscent of orange juice. I found the 30% sugar level to be tastier, but if you love the taste of tea and unadulterated orange + orange peel, get 0%.

They are using the valrhona chocolate from France. We asked for 30% sugar and the person told us to shake well before drinking. Rich and intense cocoa taste that hits you on the first mouth. Not much of the milk taste even if the milk portion takes 70% of the whole cup. If you want to get a taste of the intense and bitter chocolate flavour, go for 0%!

Black sesame milk with azuki beans (~$4.80) tasted, like the staff described: ‘like tangyuan’ 😛😛 This was a really unique flavour that I never saw anywhere else heh
Black sesame milk was really smooth and sesame taste was super evident, deffos for someone who likes sesame!! It wasn’t sweet which was good but it wasn’t bitter bc the azuki beans added a natural sweetness and another layer of taste to the drink! 🍶
Azuki beans gave the drink so much more texture and this combination really worked out hehe 🌟
