Never tired of dining there.
Signature salad, oysters, chicken wings, sashimi, Mentaiko dishes, etc...
Set lunch is worth it. You get to choose 3 items to make into a Bento set.
Most importantly, friendly couple running this Family biz.

We pre-ordered Botan ebi, Akagai and oysters. 👍👍👍 all 3 were big and fat. Sashimi platter was $98 Akagai was $18/- We'd 6. Fresh oyster $24/dozen
US prime rib was OK only. $59
Mango and prawns maki was unique 👍$20
Soft shell crab maki was OK $18
We'd Pitan tofu too, gotta pre-order. Their Pitan sauce is slightly spicy 👍$3
Laksa Ramen was not spicy like real laksa. Spicy level is Japanese. Nice. $18
We requested for chef to use the Botan ebi heads to make broth and make udon soup
👍👍 $10
Baked oysters were yummy 👍👍 I think it was charged at $5/- extra on top of oysters for baking
Their beer is very nice, soothing.
Total bill: $533

Great service. Nice, friendly boss. Small place. So reservation is recommended.
We were given complimentary mini ice cream cone and try out his homemade atap seeds and strawberry icy dessert.
There are still more dishes I wanna try. Will definitely going again 😉

Ming San Jap Restaurant imo is underrated for this pretty looking and yummy to taste jap food. This family shop is located at Chin Swee Road, beside Hotel Re, or Sub Court for easier reference. Gonna try their ramen next on the next visit. Forgot how much was the damage to the wallet already, pretty sure the shiok maki is around $13-15. Hehe.

Not bad this photos got the aperture look, look quite pro taken 😝
