This is probably the only famous restaurant in Singapore that sells authentic fermented beancurd (based on what I googled 😂).

Crispy on the outside, soft and silky on the inside. My only gripe is that the sauce didn’t elevate the flavour much...

This stinky tofu have been around since my parents time and they raved how good it is. I have tried pasar malam stinky tofu but they were not authentic.

After a karaoke session with my friends, I coincidentally saw Mini Star while heading back. What's more, they are still opened at 11.40pm. Hence, after all these years of my parents saying how good it is, I decided to give it a try.

When the tofu, it is not as smelly as I expected. The fermentation bring extra crispy to tofu. I would say it is a decent dish.

It would say it is good for trying and not for everyday eat as it cost $4 for just beancurd.

Most sinful yet delicious supper you can get your hands on - love how perfectly crispy the exterior is while inside stay moist and soft! Dip it into their homemade Chili and sweet sauce, you would want to have the whole portion (or two) all to yourself!

The only place that sells smelly tofu in SG. Portion is kind of small compared to what you get in HK or Taiwan but still considered authentic. Food tastes good and will come back again.
