Served with sides of fresh crunchy lettuce and crisp shoestring fries, the star is the incredibly tender Grade A4 wagyu beef brisket, which is coated with a black pepper crust, infused with liquid smoke, and slow-cooked for 24 hours.

As a result, the beef brisket turns really tender, coming apart with a light chew, and holds a robust depth of meaty peppery spice savoury flavour.

This 4-person sharing platter is perfect for bar snacks, served with house buffalo chicken wings, Singapore style prawn paste chicken wings, nacho cheese coated popcorn chicken, and nacho chips topped with salsa and guacamole.

The respective chicken wings have moist tender chicken meat that comes off the bone easily, the buffalo chicken wings being sweet spicy in flavour, while the prawn paste chicken wings were savoury salty in flavour.

The small nuggets of popcorn chicken alternated between moist and dry, but the creamy nacho cheese sauce lends it good depth of cheesy salty flavour.

The nacho chips have to be eaten quickly while crisp, and the salsa and guacamole combination lends a bright refreshing vegetal sweet earthy flavour.
