Make your own yummy and healthy salads and grain bowls with plenty of bases, topping and sauces to choose from. Available at NTU and SMU, favourite ingredients include the Organic fusilli, seasoned smoked duck, sous vide egg, black olives, oven-baked chicken breast, sauteed brocolli and plenty more.

Had it with the brown rice this time along with Croton, cherry tomato, mandarin orange, lemon and herb chicken.

I felt that this was on a dry side and not to my liking. Will stick with soba as the safest choice in the future

Forgot to take picture before mixing it.

Ordered the carbs of soba, hot toping of teriyaki chicken, cold topping of crouton, mushroom, tofu and dressing of olive oil.

A very healthy and delicious meal overall. Will try it again soon.

Bowl 1 :Base: Organic fusilli , Topping: sauteed mushroom, sweet corn ,hard boiled egg, tofu , japanese cucumber and Sauce: japanese roasted sesame.

Bowl 2: Base :Organic brown rice, Topping: oven baked chicken breast, sauteed broccoli, sliced pepper, sliced onion, cherry tomato and Sauce: olive oil.

Bowl 3: Base: Organic fusilli, Topping: seasoned smoked duck,sauteed mushroom, black olive , sous vide egg , tofu and Sauce :balsamic vinaigrette.
