Fresh rice noodles with mixed vegetables and wok fried beef. Thought this dish was a little too oily for my liking, but the beef was nice and tender without tasting too artificial. There was also a heap of fried onions, spring onions and crushed nuts.

Its no wonder theyre good, theyre related to moc quan at UE Square.

Essentially a thick black pepper sauce pork ribs, with Fish Sauce but really satisfying. Sauce was very well seasoned and meat was pretty tender as well. My friend absolutely loved it, goes rlly well with rice

Essentially chee cheong fun with the same pork as the bun Cha. So u know there's no way its gonna be bad. The chili here was a lot more manageable

It's ok to get this even if u get the bun Cha since you definitely wont mind more of that pork

Update: When they ran out of the sausage patty they gave extra Grilled pork belly

Nonetheless, the Thin slices of pork were marvelously chewy and has so much flavour. Impeccably grilled so that there's a lot of crispy Char, it was so good it made us forget about the meat balls lol.

Vermicelli was springier than most and i quite enjoyed this texture too. The accompanying veg was quite hard to chew, but not impossible so just be Patient. Sauce was light as well but damn spicy, somehow the heat sets in after a while and lingers for a long while, with water basically useless at dousing the fire
