Moc Quan (UE Square)

Egg wasnt too impressive but god damn the pork was sexy. Reasonably tender, and super well charred with a sweet marinade. Esp loved the crunchy blackened bits. So good!

Absolutely smashing. From the pickled veggies, to the well Marinated and charred chicken patty, and the super crispy, airy baguette, this is the best banh Mi I've had. Could be a teeny bit more generous with the meat but nothing else to fault.

The patty was decent but it's slightly overpowered by the rest of the ingredients. Nonetheless, it was still enjoyable as there were a lot of things going on from the variety of toppings

King prawns were slightly dry due to the strong Grilling but that's about the only complaint i have. It's super smoky from the Grilling, with many parts of the shell blackened. Their secret sauce was incredibly good as well, mainly sweet with a slight heat as well. Loved it so much i went to smear the prawn with the sauce on the Banana leaf, and thats sth i hardly do as i prefer to enjoy the natural flavours of ingredients. If thats not convincing enough, quite a few tables had this despite the price so you know it's good.

There's this curry flavour and the Pancake was crispy at the parts thats very Thin. Btw the sour chili was slightly hotter than the dipping sauce that comes with the banh thit Nuong.

Yoghurt, condensed milk, lime juice

Didnt really want to order cos i tot it's gonna be too sour from the description. But turns out it's very well balanced and taste like a very good yoghurt drink. Recommended if you want a non-alcoholic drink
