Spring chicken ($12)

Comes with fries and promogrenate salad. Fries was good. Salad was ok. The spring chicken was average. Could be more moist. Chose yakiniku mushroom sauce to go with it but didnt really like it. Tasted like hoisin sauce. Heinz chilli sauce was a better pairing.

Chicken cutlet with rice ($12)

Portion is big and you can choose a sauce. Chose the harassan chilli sauce which is tangy but not quite spicy. Didnt exactly go well with the dish, Heinz chilli sauce was better. Didnt like the texture of the chicken cutlet, had a sticky bite in the batter. Weird. Will not order this dish again.

Fish was done well, very fragrant, crispy skin and succulent flesh, not overdone. Yuzu sauce accompanies the fish brilliantly. Had the Mac & cheese and Ratatouille for sides. Ratatouille is kinda "meh" to me, unless you're a big fan of tomato based pasta. Though you can tell that effort has been placed in this side, with probably mixed herbs and it still has some sweetness to it. It still falls pretty flat, so it's not a side I will be reordering. Mac & cheese was well presented, an improvement from the last time. Taste wise seems a bit mellowed down, but passably good enough.

The fish is tasteless. The feistiest crumbs with cheese just cannot make it in my own opinion. Won’t return period.

Pan seared white fish fillet ($10.90)

Comes with 2 sides. Ordered shoe string fries which was nicely (lightly) salted and cream corn which was recommended. Didn't really like the cream corn as it was abit too sweet.

Mushroom sauce with the fish was nice though the fish fillet was slightly thin and should be frozen food.

Price wise is okay and will return to try their twisties crusted mains.

Ordered their Signature The Twist Lava Golden Crispy Fish Fillet ($14.90) which I have been craving for a long time since their opening. The cheese and the twisters really blends well together and compatible with the fish fillet. This is also my first time trying Ratatouille which was made popular from the movie with the same name. It is a tomato based with chunks of tomato. They also made attention to detail by decorating their soup by using the milk in a flower shape.

I would come back try their other chicken sauce dishes.
