Not only do they source their own single origin beans from micro farms in the UK, they also do their own roasting in their premises. As such, you might get a different cup of coffee each time youāre there as each variant of beans has a limited supply. I cannot recall where the origins of my coffee was from but it was certainly a good cup that has a slight chocolatey flavour and a smooth mouthfeel.
