Monster Curry (Velocity)

Monster Curry party. Got katsu, ebi, shabu, fish, sausages and so on. I love it.

We were wondering where to go for lunch and someone suggested for Monster Curry. So we reached and then ordered for their lunch sets which came with a soup, drink and Ice Cream. It was super value for money at just S$14. I got the fried fish curry which came in a oversized plate. Taste wise, the fish was done really well and the curry was good too. However, I was disappointed with one thing, u can choose the level of spiciness for the Curry which initially made me happy (coz i love spicy) and chose the highest. However they don’t actually play with the spiciness level of the curry, its only the sauce which is spicy (the love designs made on the TOP of the curry, see pic), an easy way out. Other than that, everything else was good.

I am quite surprise that they actually offer shibuya toast as their after-meal dessert and the taste is surprisingly good 👍🏼 Soft and crispy bread cubes laid nicely and topped with vallinia ice cream, drizzled w matcha sauce.
