To my own surprise, I am actually a fan of their Bacon Cheesecake! ๐Ÿ’— Never thought sweet & savoury could go so well together but this made me a convert! ๐Ÿคญ It's akin to having bakkwa with cheesecake; don't judge too early & you might be pleasantly surprised on how it grows on you! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Cempedak is my next favourite, bearing the iconic fragrance & sweetness of the tropical fruit ๐Ÿคค Tomato reminds me of ๐Ÿ•/๐Ÿ while fans of truffle will be excited by the intense earthy flavours ๐Ÿ–ค.

If you like strong cheese flavours, go for their parmesan for that intense cheesy kick ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป, or opt for a softer & mellow cheesy tone with their mozzarella ๐Ÿ˜‹

the ๐™Ž๐™ค๐™›๐™ฉ ๐™Ž๐™๐™š๐™ก๐™ก ๐˜พ๐™ง๐™–๐™— ๐™Š๐™ง๐™ฏ๐™ค was more spicy than expected! again, i wished the portion of orzo was larger, but the soft shell crab was great, really crispy, and the egg drop + the coconut gelato were surprisingly a nice combination~

the ๐™๐™ค๐™ข๐™–๐™๐™–๐™ฌ๐™  ๐™™๐™š ๐™Ž๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™š was the star of the show! the aged meat had a rich umami taste and it slid right off the bone ๐Ÿ˜ contrasted by the sweet pineapple compote and caramelised lime, this was an adventure of strong flavours.

the scallops were p soft and slightly springy! the portion of orzo was so small... but at least it was rly creamy. and the grated parmigiano reggiano added a nice cheesy touch๐Ÿคค
