Forget about your waistline, time to enjoy sweet treat during holiday season. This brownies has a middle layer of caramel sauce which will double your sugar intake. As long as you consume this a small portion a day, it should be fine.

Best to consume after 15 mins out from the fridge, when the brownie texture has been soften.

Totally fell in love with this bomb durian puff. It was well made with durian creme filling so creamy and delicious πŸ˜‹

πŸ’•Matcha Yuzu Red Bean Milk Roll.
Matcha roll cake filled with azuki bean whipped cream and yuzu jam.
πŸ’•Mango Passionfruit Hokkaido Milk Roll.
Mango Sponge cake filled with mango Passionfruit cream, chunky mangoes.
πŸ’•Signature Fujisawa Garlic Bread.
Baguette Bun filled with japanese mayonnaise, japanese garlic and butter.

Which is my favourite? Hm... tough choices, all I like πŸ˜†.

Puffs : Hokkaido Milk with Fresh Mango (S$12.90/ 6pcs)
Shu cream, based upon French choux pastry where the puff pastry is baked to light and airy perfection with a sweet, crackly, crunchy cookie-like topping and filled with a luscious cream centre then gently dusted with sweet powdered sugar.
Love the sugary crust balanced by the slightly bitter pomelo.

Mentaiko Garlic Bread (S$8)
Crusty and creamy without too hard although wish more garlicky or a richer mentaiko feel.

Strawberry rolls here - it may make great dessert with its soft crepe layer and Japanese strawberry (as the uncle claims) but the center was frozen and I could taste the ice! Hence I am not sure if it is a good sign.. And probably in this time of Covid-19 offering customers to try their samples by putting our hands into the container (instead of them serving it to customers using clean tongs and hands, not because of a 'customer is king' mentality but I think it's a standard, super basic hygiene plus minimising common touch points) is not a good idea..
