The "fly" refers to fry. Since there are two patties, quite shiok if you usually can't get enough of their ebi. Two continues with the okonomi and tartar sauces - also shiok.
Like all of Mos, this is as reliable as anytime you crave croquettes.
Why is it so thick? By that I don't mean a deep flavour, but a slimy texture. It was damn off-putting.
