Best known for his work in the puppet show, ‘Punch & Judy”, Mr Punch now introduces his latest venture: Mr Punch Public House. Located at the rooftop and basement of Mint Museum of Toys building, the restaurant's interior is covered with vintage enamel signs. Mr punch invites you for an evening of ease, away from the usual hustle-bustle of drinking joints. All the bases are covered as far as alcohol goes with their selection of fine whiskies, beers, and cocktails, and the food is something special too, complete with sharing plates of specialities from all corners of the world. Highlights from the menu includes Chicken Diavolo, Linguine Soft-shell Crab, Norwegian Salmon and 12 hours slow cooked pork belly. Don't forget to try out their fun cocktails as well!

Pen this gastropub down for casual date nights! Located in the Mint Museum of Toys, visit this buzzy spot for elevated western fare and tipples in a cosy, old-school setting. The Linguine Soft-Shell Crab ($26) sees fried soft shell crab and shredded crab meat cooked in a homemade prawn stock, while the tender Braised Pork Cheek ($28) served with pumpkin puree is another dish to order.

The good & the bad; Truffle Fries ($8++) were marginally addictive, Chicken Chunks ($10++) were abysmal.

I have a HUGE issue with food being served & not matching what's on the menu.

These are not shoestring fries. My accompanying mayonnaise with the chicken chunks never appeared (at least the nacho cheese did). & I have doubts on whether tempura flour was actually used for the chicken chunks.

I don't eat fried food - the only exception being French Fries & actual tempura battered things. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed on the whole.

Decent food, yummy cocktails and friendly staff and bartender! Really nice place to chill at!

It is aesthetically beautiful and captivating but the taste is quite dry and didn't quite capture and burn my heart... it is a nice gastropub with good ambience though! $16 is a bit on the expensive side too. 🐳 MerRyan is satisfied. #merlion #merryansg #singapore #tiramisu #burpple

Custard battered fresh squid, marmite glazed for an umami finish. We love the special unique taste, very similar to that of the sweet & sour pork. We call this: 咕噜squid
Pork Collar Square. Tenderly moist pork collar marinated in mysteriously sweet sauce. Yummy
Drunken Duck. Soaked in brine & korean makgeolli wine, pan-seared. Though the slices were soft, I didn't really like this as it had the 骚 taste & a little too raw for me
