Crab Bisque Soup Hotpot ($48)
The crab bisque soup was a perfect marriage of creaminess and umami flavour. The soup is seafood forward but not excessively so -- it went beautifully with the wagyu beef strips, which only need a quick dip in the boiling soup before the tender pieces can be popped into your mouth.

Fish was meaty but the crust wasn't as flavourful as I expected. This was alright but it lacks a punch esp when it's not served with shrimp paste. Guess it's tamed due to the touristy crowd in the area
Uncle ho's version is much much stronger and thus much more satisfying
