Kugel Christmas Special #5 Last night we did a fun experiment on the Christmas pudding we grab at Marks & Spencer a few days ago. The Christmas pudding is 6 months matured labelled as delicately spiced & packed full of vine fruits with lashing of cider, rum and sherry. There are 3 ways to cook it:
👉 Microwave 750W 45 secs 900W 40 secs (rest for 2 mins)
👉Steam 30 mins
👉Boil 30 mins
Guess what we chose!? we picked ‘boil’ and it’s yummier and so moist compared to the stollen at we posted earlier. Generally we prefer the stollen to Christmas pudding but as you know that this year stollen we waited more than a week to have it (that might affect the taste). So this Christmas pudding from M&S is crowned this year’s most fav eat!!! Merry Christmas to y’all!!! 💚🐡👩🌾👨🌾
Marks & Spencer now has a small cafe space with bakes, cakes and coffee. Nice to unwind at but don’t expect too much from the food and joe. 😂
The cake is quite thick and chocolatey, a bit fudgey but a little dry. Definitely need a drink to go along with it. The coffee... is what it is hahaha, but if you need a seat to chill, this offers a nice spot to people watch as well.
