Got this from the Delicius counter that was connected to Mugiho Bakery. Very fluffy sponge cake with sweet strawberries. The cream was quite light.
This was their new product. I had great expectations cos it looked so pretty. The sponge cake part was ok. But the generous amt of azuki bean paste was very sweet and so rich and thick that it made the cake a little dry.
For the price of $2.20, I was really disappointed with the quality of the bread. Not only was it dry and hard to eat, the matcha melon and crust was all over the place. Total mess! I don't think I will ever go back to this bakery to buy bread because it is simply to pricey and does not taste too good either.
