Made my very own fairy light jar during the debut of ‘Illuminate by the Marina’ (daily 7-9pm)! Full of joyous music, ambient light installations & interactive lit-up arch to transport diners like us to a magical realm! Here, it’s easy to put reality behind & simply dine and soak in breathtaking views of the enchanting marina-front ✨

Museo's fine dining in a cup concept allows you to sample a wide array of bite-sized dishes, but what if you're craving for something a little more substantial? The Grilled NZ Lamb Rack might just hit the spot. Served with a bright pineapple salsa, its meat was nicely charred, tender and devoid of gaminess. I only wish it were less overdone.

A thick slice of rosy pink peppercorn crusted seared tuna served with creamy crab mayo and a subtly salty miso dressing. Wonderful.

Soigné high tea salon by day, Museo transitions into an artistic bar and casual fine dining restaurant when the sun sets.

Displaying their fine dining finesse, Museo's Pan-seared Canada Sea Scallop is luxuriously plump and sweet, topped with bursts of salty tobiko and slaked in a rich saffron butter cream sauce. Beneath the scallop, an anchovy rice cake is an unexpected but welcome find, lending texture and bite to the dish.

Reminiscent of the famous pasta dish from Gunther's, Museo's Cold Pasta equals the former in terms of refinement and taste. Fine strands of cold capellini tossed with tobiko, truffle shavings, chives and shio konbu was fairly bursting with umami and is a delight on a hot tropical night.
