Original Gimbap

Soy Garlic Chicken Katsu with Cheese Gimbap
Seaweed, Kokuho rice, yellow radish, Homemade burdock, Carrots, fried chicken strips Japanese cucumber, Egg, Sesame seeds, Sesame oil, Salt.

Dak Gangjeong (Korean sweet & sour fried chicken + topokki rice cakes)
Fried chicken chunks, made with secret recipe, double fried for crispiness, and sauteed with topokki in our signature Dak Gangjeong sauce. Suitable for kids as it is not spicy and taste slightly different from our signature gochujang sauce. This dish is great as an appetiser, perfect to share between 2-3 person, one of the nicest korean street snack!
The chicken was not crispy and kind of dry. Kind of like eating 咕噜肉. The rice cakes was kind of tough, like not cooked long enough.

Japchae (Korean glass noodles)
Use of korean potato starch glass noodles. Soaked for an hour in mushroom broth before cooking, and stir fried with bell peppers, onions, carrots, shiitake. Finished with spinach and strips of omelettes and sesame oil and seeds. Its very aromatic and taste extremely delicious, great to share or as an appetiser before having one of our mains.
Kind of oily.

Boricha (Korean barley tea)
Signature korean staple beverage to pair with your meal. Home-made, bottle them and chill them, it contains vitamins A and C along with antioxidants that is great and a caffeine free coffee substitute in korean cuisine
The tea was refreshing especially when the weather was so hot.
