Just like this beef green curry. Cause they make me happy. #foodlospophy

i) Salak (snake skin fruit) in scented syrup with finely julienned ginger and sprinkled with fried shallot flakes. Odd combo that worked surprisingly well. ii) Thai sweet wafer with poached persimmons and duck egg noodles. There was a sweet coconut cream that bound everything together. Definitely a winner. iii) A young mangosteen to clear the palate.

13 on the World's Top 50 Restaurants. Nothing fancy pansy, just quality Thai cooking. This was one of the canapés, prawn, pickled ginger, soya in coconut wafers.
