Really thick and creamy though we would prefer it less sweet so that the roasted taste won't be masked as much!
Pretty great matcha soft-serve ice cream for $5.90, although the ice cream is on the sweeter side rather than on the bitter side. Serving size is pretty decent as well, although the cafe is already pretty cold and the ice cream just makes you feel even colder ๐ ๐
We shared one parfait, which consisted of matcha ice cream, Azuki red beans, whipped cream, cornflakes, warabimochi and kanten jelly. While the matcha ice cream was supposed to be the highlight of the item, I thought the intensity of the matcha could be a lot stronger. The matcha kanten jelly was also pretty tasteless, so the bottom half of the dessert wasn't really nice. It would have been nice if the restaurant were more generous with the warabimochi as well!
Overall, I think this item is a little overpriced, and I might just go for their soft serve ice cream in future.
Weekend price - comes with miso soup and choice of drink, went with Iced Matcha Latte.
While I do think the food prices at Nanaโs are rather pricey, they seem to pride themselves on serving healthier food, with mixed grained rice and whatnot. The curry had a good flavour and was not too strong, however, not anything mindblowing. The miso soup was light and tasty.
The iced matcha latte was thick and creamy, although I wish it could be a tad stronger.

Loved the texture of the soft serve as it was a good balance between creamy and icy. But the matcha flavour could be stronger. Nama chocolate was disappointing, reminded me of milk candy which was strange.
Super good. All the ingredients come together nicely. And matcha flavor is intense and good. Yumz
