It’s hidden away in Bras Basah near the National Library but definitely worth the hunt! The coffee is smooth and not too acidic, and I really enjoyed the almost berry-like notes. The brownie was super fudgy and satisfying – whoever says sea salt and dark chocolate aren’t a match... We can’t be friends.

Ordered 1 hot white and 1 iced white. The atmosphere of the cafe was calming and soothing. Though the outlet was tiny, the layout allowed for spacious seating. Their coffee has a full body and their milk was frothed well, producing amazing texture for the coffee. The baristas were very friendly and kind as well! 10/10!

Ordered a mocha, coconut watermelon lime slushie and seasalt brownie and they are all good! Not a fan of brownie but this is really good!

Love the quiet vibe, nice music and simple deco!

Only minus point is that as the cafe is small, small groups of max.4 are recommended.

Tucked away within Bras Basah Complex, Narrative is a quaint establishment with limited seating. Serving El Salvador beans from Nylon Coffee Roasters for their espresso range, the white ($4.50) was smooth and lightly acidic with hints of nuttiness. Greatly enjoyed the depth of flavour! My only gripe is that the serving is a little small and got cold quickly.

Came for coffee but surprisingly fell in love with their hot chocolate. Just a little Himalayas Pink Salt adds a lot of interesting flavour!

tried 1x white and 1x white w/ oat (+$0.50)!!
the normal white was more bitter, but the white w/ oat was not bad too. might taste weird initially (a blend of sweet & sour & bitter??) but can be quite addictive heh, oat taste is quite strong. actually enjoyed it
cup wasnt very big but ok nubbad experience :-)
good & prompt service

*fun fact: the white w/ oat doesnt stain the cup like normal coffee does :~D
