This is one of the “third wave coffee” house to visit near Bugis area. The coffee beans used are very flavourful and fragrant. Love the ambience and interior but note that there are minimal seating area. Overall, recommend those who work/ study around this area to pop by this coffee house.

Rating: 4/5

Finally visited narrative coffee stand after hearing all my friends raving about it!! Slightly crowded on a Sunday afternoon but space is really cosy and minimal (aesthetically pleasing!!) and the baristas are friendly!! Got the matcha latte was slightly teeny weeny bland for my liking!! Might try smth else if I’m back next time!

I always get iced whites from cafés but now that i’m starting to appreciate the different flavours of filtered coffee, I opted for that today.

I didn’t ask the exact flavour profile for this beans but I tasted strong notes of pear and tea which I really liked!

Two of my fav things— matcha and coffee to make the 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚 (~$7.50) 🍵
-
A complexity of flavours: the very slight sweetness from the milk, then transitioning to the richness of the matcha, before it leaves you with the bitter aftertaste of the espresso shot. ☕️
-
The matcha was clumpy at times, which I’m not horribly picky about, but it might not be for everyone. As with the cream of the milk — it was quite heavy for me and switching to oat milk may have been a better choice.

It’s hidden away in Bras Basah near the National Library but definitely worth the hunt! The coffee is smooth and not too acidic, and I really enjoyed the almost berry-like notes. The brownie was super fudgy and satisfying – whoever says sea salt and dark chocolate aren’t a match... We can’t be friends.

Ordered 1 hot white and 1 iced white. The atmosphere of the cafe was calming and soothing. Though the outlet was tiny, the layout allowed for spacious seating. Their coffee has a full body and their milk was frothed well, producing amazing texture for the coffee. The baristas were very friendly and kind as well! 10/10!
