The apple croststa is made of apples baked with almond frangipane in a flaky rye pastry served warm with vanilla ice cream. I found the pastry to be fragrant and and crisp at the edges, with the apple baked well and it was very flavourful too.
Served with vanilla ice cream, the pear cheddar crumble consists of a cheddar crumble and warm pear compote. I like how this dessert was both sweet and savoury at the same time and the crumble adding a different texture to this too.
The beer batter was very delicious, and I liked that they were not stingy on the meaty fish at all. I would have liked more tartar sauce, or some other side salad etc. to counter the heavy greasiness of deep fried fish and fries....
This a light and crunchy cheddar crumble with walnuts and mature
cheddar cheese, served with warm pear compote and vanilla ice cream. I liked how the cheddar crumble added a savoury aspect to this, balancing the flavours of this dessert. The pear was sweet and slightly crunchy too.

Pretty much what you expected to see, the flavours of laksa cooked with pasta noodles. Frankly, I felt like this was innovation for the sake of innovation, had a very lukewarm opinion about the dish when I first ate it.
