grilled patagonian toothfish, marinated in original saikyo miso from kyoto

cold buckwheat noodle “soba” with botan shrimp, australian manjimup winter truffles, fresh oscietra caviar

Pasta with uni, sakura ebi, ikura and truffle mushroom cream sauce. The uni was fresh and creamy which complemented very well with the al-dente truffle pasta. I like how the taste of truffle was prominent yet not too overpowering. Also not forgetting the sakura ebi that added crunch and the bursting flavours from the ikura 😍 》$47

Flaky and velvety baked black cod fillet coated with special soy marinated with slight hints of sweetness. The skin was crispy and the cod practically melts in the mouth with a rich and buttery texture 🤤 》$43

roasted carabineros with shellfish & miso risotto

fresh bean curd skin from kyoto with hokkaido sea urchin, mountain caviar

among all the desserts i’ve tried here, i think their molten lava cake was the best. cake had this oozing lava flowing out when being cut into. paired really well with the ice cream and it’s a sweet ending to a good meal

Went to Sen of Japan yesterday and ordered a Minced Wagyu Purse ($39), Uni Pasta ($46), and a Salmon Aburi Maki ($28)!😇

Overall ratings 7/10! The Wagyu Purse and Salmon Aburi Maki was pretty good, but the Uni Pasta was very average... Service was also average but ambience was great! Price wise is definitely steep but its in MBS so🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

everything was so intricately plated & well-executed!
the texture is nothing like i’ve had before - creamy & smooth like a Japanese tofu cheesecake, but rich & dense like a NY cheesecake. a must orderrr
